Westward & Eastward Student Enrollment

2025-2026 WESTWARD & EASTWARD

STUDENT PRE-ENROLLMENT DETAILS
ONLINE ENROLLMENT STARTS JULY 21, 2025

Parents/Guardians:   Please follow these steps to complete your child’s online enrollment.

You will need to log in using your SYLOGIST Parent Portal.  (This is the website you use to check your child’s grades.)  The steps to the enrollment process are described in detail below.  Please follow these steps, and if you have any questions, call your child’s school site and someone will assist you.

IF YOU ARE ENROLLING A NEW STUDENT, YOU MUST FIRST COME TO SCHOOL TO TURN IN THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK BEFORE THEY CAN ENROLL ONLINE.

If you don’t have a SYLOGIST username/password, or can’t remember the code, contact the school site where your child will be attending, and you will be given a code.

ONLINE PRE-ENROLLMENT STEPS:

Log into:    CLICK HERE TO ACCESS SYLOGIST

 

You may also access the SYLOGIST website by going to the tab labeled Popular Links, located at the top of this page, and click Gradebook.

 

**Inside the SYLOGIST portal, select Student Record Portal…you should see your child’s profile and a blue link that says, “Enroll Student for 2024-25.” This will begin the enrollment process.  If you have more than one child, you will have to do this for every child listed.

 

**At the top of your child’s account you will see three tabs: Steps 1, 2, 3 (Demographics, Relations, Documents) You must complete all three tabs in order to pre-enroll.  The first two Steps will verify information already in the system. (It is here you can make changes that need to be made for the upcoming school year.  Save and continue after each.)

 

**Once all three tabs are complete, please click the Submit button.  This will submit your child’s pre-enrollment to the school site.

(Please be sure and complete all applicate forms in order to guarantee that your submission is complete and will not need to be returned to you.)
