Welcome Back for the Second Semester!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome back as we begin the second semester of the school year.  I hope you are enjoying this spring-like weather.  How long will it last!  As students return, academic expectations will gradually increase, and learning will become more challenging as we build on skills taught earlier this year. This is a normal and important part of growth. 

We encourage families to support students by re-establishing daily routines, including consistent bedtimes, morning schedules, and time for reading or homework. These routines help children feel prepared and confident as expectations rise.

Your positive attitude about school continues to matter. Encouraging effort, perseverance, and a willingness to try—even when work feels challenging—helps students develop confidence and resilience.
